About me
Hello Everyone! My name is Nelva Torres (Segura) and I am the School Counselor at Ronald Reagan Elementary School. This is my third year as a school counselor. Before becoming an elementary counselor I had the privilege of working with middle school students.
I was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and am grateful to now be working in the community I grew up in. I am a UC Irvine and CSU San Bernardino alumni (Go Anteaters and Coyotes!). I am excited to start the school year with all my Regal Eagles and make it the best year yet!

I have the opportunity to work with all our students, whether it's through school wide activities, and/or whole class social/emotional lessons. I am available to meet with parents, collaborate with staff and seek resources from our community to benefit and meet the needs of every student.
